Sany 215 is a 21T-class earth-rock excavator product made by Sany Heavy Machinery. It has high power and high reliability. It has won the “Golden Finger Award” of China Construction Machinery’s annual product TOP50. It is an all-round model with excellent performance. The SY215 national fourth machine is fully upgraded around “new power”, “new shape” and “new technology”. It adopts HOPE full electric control technology, which greatly improves the control performance of the whole machine and can meet the needs of customers in different working conditions.
1. Power system
It is equipped with an imported high-power engine with a rated power of 118kW, high torque, high durability and faster dynamic response. EGR+DOC+DPF technology is adopted to achieve precise control of intake air flow and fuel injection volume, meet the National IV emission standards, and reduce fuel consumption and emissions. No need to add urea, which can further reduce fuel consumption and save usage costs.

Sany cooperated with Ferrari design company Pininfarina to comprehensively upgrade the cab from appearance to user experience, follow the concept of “comfortable and convenient, automatic intelligence, networked ecology”, and create a “first-class” driving environment for customers. The cab has a large operating space, the seat is longer and thicker, and thermal comfort, sealing and intelligence are improved.
3. Fully electronically controlled hydraulic system
Adopt HOPE full electric control technology, through the development and application of high-performance electric proportional control main valve, realize the precise control of the valve core by the controller, and improve the excavation energy efficiency and controllability of the whole machine. A new hydraulic circuit is adopted to reduce the power loss of oil return, establish the best control, high power transmission rate, high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
4. By optimizing the control strategy, stick regeneration and rapid oil return are realized, and at the same time, the valve core is precisely controlled to improve the excavation energy efficiency and control performance of the whole machine. The newly upgraded 14D reducer has a 12% increase in slewing capacity, stronger ability to work on slopes, and faster slewing start.
