Sany SY245H medium-sized hydraulic excavator is a classic model for heavy-duty working conditions in small and medium-sized mines. Product features

1. Hydraulic system
Kawasaki’s fully electronically controlled hydraulic system is adopted. The main pump has the outstanding advantages of “low noise, high efficiency, and high pressure”. The main valve has a large flow rate, which effectively reduces the energy loss of the hydraulic system and greatly improves the operating performance.

2. Fully electronically controlled hydraulic system
The HOPE full electric control technology is adopted to realize the precise control of the valve core by the controller and improve the excavation energy efficiency and controllability of the whole machine. A new hydraulic circuit is adopted to reduce the power loss of oil return, with high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

3. SCR technical route*
The urea supply system responds to particulate matter and PM, and reduces fuel consumption through precise control of intake, exhaust, and fuel injection.

4. Bucket Upgrade
Standard configuration: earthwork bucket, optional rock bucket, realize “one situation, one bucket”, optimize the bucket shape, reduce friction, reduce the average resistance during the excavation process, and increase the excavation efficiency.

5. C12 cab
Sany cooperated with a well-known automobile design company to fully upgrade the cab from the appearance to the user experience. Following the concept of “comfortable and convenient, automatic intelligence, and networked ecology”, Sany creates a “first-class” driving environment for customers.

6. Intelligent
At 10 o’clock, the large screen was upgraded again, thinner, more dazzling, clearer, and the system integration is higher. The wireless LAN in the car supports OTA upgrade of 4G network, delayed extinguishment of lamps and lanterns when the car is stopped at night, one-button switching of front and back display screens, rear camera and other configurations to ensure driving safety.
