Sany SY550H hydraulic excavator adopts the “positive flow” system and the “DOMCS” dynamic optimization intelligent matching control system independently developed by Sany. 1. Power system
Equipped with an Isuzu imported 6WG1 engine with a power of 310kW, within the effective working range, the torque reserve is sufficient and the output is stable, helping customers solve problems under heavy load conditions.
2. Hydraulic system
Equipped with Kawasaki’s fully electronically controlled main valve and main pump, the displacement of the main pump is upgraded from 212cc to 240cc, and a 36-diameter main valve core is used, which reduces system pressure loss, higher efficiency, and lower fuel consumption.
3. SCR technical route*
The urea supply system produces a chemical reaction to NOX to reduce NOX emissions, and through the precise control of intake and exhaust and fuel injection volume, the combustion in the cylinder is more complete, PM particles are reduced, and fuel consumption is reduced.
4. AOCT self-optimization control system
Using AOCT self-optimization control technology, according to different operating conditions, each gear and mode can work in the best fuel consumption area of the engine and the high volumetric efficiency area of the main pump, and realize the perfect match between the engine and the main pump, thereby achieving the excellent performance of high efficiency and low fuel consumption.
5. Bucket Upgrade
The standard 3.2m3 large bucket can be equipped with a 3.8m3 super large bucket, and the structure of the wear-resistant blade plate has been upgraded to ensure a longer service life. Four series of buckets can be configured to meet “one bucket for one situation”, improve construction efficiency, easily cope with various complex working conditions, and improve product value and customer profitability.
5. C12 cab
The newly upgraded cab is developed according to the five functions of “intelligent network connection, intelligent interaction, intelligent construction, intelligent driving, and intelligent maintenance” to enhance entertainment, interactivity and sense of technology.drive

7. Air conditioning upgrade
New air-conditioning air duct, optimized air outlet position, better cooling effect than the previous model, larger condenser volume than the previous model, the air conditioner can be car-washed, and easy to maintain.
