Product features

1. Power system
Equipped with a Mitsubishi Fuso 4M50 engine with a power of 118kW, high torque, high durability and faster dynamic response.

2. Hydraulic system
Equipped with Kawasaki full electric control main valve and Kawasaki main pump, it realizes stick regeneration and quick oil return, and at the same time precisely controls the valve core to improve the excavation energy efficiency and controllability of the whole machine. The displacement of the plunger pump has been increased from 112cc to 125cc, and the displacement has been greatly improved. The newly upgraded 14D reducer has improved slewing capacity, stronger ability to work on slopes, and faster slewing start.

3. DPD+EGR technology
Part of the exhaust gas is circulated into the intake system, mixed with fresh air and then burned to suppress the formation of NOx. The EGR is upgraded from a tubular type to a stacked type, and the cooling is faster.

4. Fully electronically controlled hydraulic system
The HOPE full electric control technology is adopted to realize the precise control of the valve core by the controller and improve the excavation energy efficiency and controllability of the whole machine. A new hydraulic circuit is adopted to reduce the power loss of oil return, with high efficiency and low fuel consumption.

5. Bucket Upgrade
Earthwork buckets are standard, and rock buckets are optional, realizing “one bucket for one situation”, optimizing the bucket shape, and reducing friction. The average resistance in the excavation process is reduced, and the excavation efficiency is increased.

6. Intelligent
At 10 o’clock, the large screen was upgraded again, thinner, more dazzling, clearer, and the system integration is higher. The wireless LAN in the car supports OTA upgrade of 4G network, delayed extinguishment of lamps and lanterns when parking at night, one-key switching of front and back display screens, rear camera and other configurations to ensure driving safety.

7. New air conditioning system
Equipped with a new air-conditioning system, the cooling effect is stronger and the air volume distribution is more reasonable. The air conditioner filter element realizes the cleaning and maintenance inside the car, and the cleaning is easier.
