1. Power system
Equipped with Isuzu 4JG3X engine, the rated power is 55kW, and the power margin is more sufficient. The high-pressure common rail technology is adopted, and the fuel consumption at the rated point is reduced.
2. Hydraulic system

3. DPD+EGR technology
Part of the exhaust gas is circulated into the intake system, mixed with fresh air and then burned to suppress the formation of NOx. The EGR is upgraded from a tubular type to a stacked type, and the cooling is faster.
4. Optimization of structural parts
The section of the boom box is enlarged, which is more reliable, and the grease nipple is changed to the lower side of the stick for easy maintenance. The bucket is widened and enlarged, the bucket capacity is increased to 0.3m3, the bucket structure is optimized, and the service life is effectively improved. The material of the bucket lug plate is upgraded to G70/Q460C, which has enhanced wear resistance.
Reinforced one-piece welded X-shaped lower frame, compared with H-shaped, has more advantages in safety and reliability, and its lifespan is greatly improved.
5. Upgrade the cab
The interior styling is newly designed, and the position of the water cup is adjusted to the front of the right joystick to reduce the space for the air duct on the right. The multi-function panel, the – key to start the engine and the throttle knob are combined into one, and the standard water cup holder 12V power port and USB interface are more user-friendly.
The screen integrates Bluetooth, USB, telephone, radio and other functions, and can freely switch multimedia audio devices, and check vehicle status information at any time.
6. Intelligent
At 10 o’clock, the large screen was upgraded again, thinner, more dazzling, clearer, and the system integration is higher. The wireless LAN in the car supports OTA upgrade of 4G network, delayed extinguishment of lamps and lanterns when parking at night, one-key switching of front and back display screens, rear camera and other configurations to ensure driving safety.
It adopts automotive-grade air outlets, optimizes the position of air-conditioning outlets, and is more ergonomic, with constant temperature control from head to toe.
