HB58V adopts curved outriggers, realizing a revolutionary breakthrough in outrigger layout. One-stage telescopic curved outriggers can realize the span of two-stage telescopic X outriggers, and the overall rigidity of the vehicle is large, and the whole vehicle has good working stability and high safety, and compared with the same-meter X outrigger products, the deformation of the outriggers is smaller than 50%, and the amount of leg lifting is smaller than 50%. As the rigidity of the outrigger is improved, the span of the outrigger of the same meter number is reduced by 10%, which is easier to be close to the site construction and has strong adaptability to the site. The telescopic mechanism is simple, with fewer failure points and high reliability.
Aiming at the problem of fatigue cracking of traditional boom and conveying pipe, the company innovatively adopts pipeline optimization arrangement technology and develops a new type of boom support device, and designs the original welded limiting bracket into an assembly form, which solves the problem of fatigue cracking of traditional boom and improves the service life of the boom.
Adopting skirt valve pumping system, the front and rear ends are not subject to bias load moment, which is easy to maintain, with double sealing guarantee, the suction efficiency is over 95%, while the life span of the shaft end is longer. Pumping main valve adopts monolithic structure, full casting oil pipeline instead of machining oil pipeline, canceling transition valve block, reducing the number of oil pipeline by 80%, and reducing the loss along the pipeline by 60%. The breakthrough of full hydraulic reversing technology realizes stable and reliable reversing, reduces reversing impact, and the reversing time is less than 200ms, which is 50% lower than the existing level in the industry, and the pumping efficiency is increased by 10%.
