Dongfanghong CA series bulldozers are agricultural general-purpose bulldozers designed and manufactured by China YTO Group Co., Ltd. according to market information requirements for medium-power bulldozers.
The 1002J/1202 model takes bulldozing as its main operation and also takes farmland operations into consideration. The main clutch adopts dry type, double plate, disc spring compression and constant engagement type, which has long service life, small pedal operation force, and easy adjustment of external small brake. On the basis of the Dongfanghong-1002 tractor, the transmission ratio of the gearbox is reasonably improved, the gear allocation is optimized, the reverse gear speed is increased, and the operating efficiency is improved. The end drive is a simply supported beam structure, which makes the stress state of the transmission gear more reasonable; the fixed rear axle housing partition greatly improves the support rigidity and sealing performance between the box body and the rear axle shaft. The triangular pendulum hydraulically adjusts the guide tensioning device, which can effectively protect key components such as the front beam, crankshaft, and frame. The seal of the supporting trolley adopts floating seal, which is reliable. The brake is a two-way floating brake, which not only improves the braking capacity, but also adapts to the braking requirements of up and down slopes. Steering control adopts hydraulic booster, which is light and labor-saving.
