1. Original suction cooling system The suction cooling system allows air to enter through curved channels, and is less sensitive to the wind resistance of the radiator. The heat dissipation efficiency is much higher than that of the blowing cooling system, and it is more efficient and durable after long-term use.
2. The cooling fan directly driven by the engine is adopted, and the cooling fan takes power directly from the engine, which is highly reliable and maintenance-free.
3. Spacious and comfortable operating environment The glass is made of anti-ultraviolet French F green glass to prevent the damage of ultraviolet rays to the driver. Built-in shock-absorbing and sound-absorbing interior materials can effectively reduce indoor noise and reduce interference to the driver. The optimized design of the control mechanism, the steering gear and the seat can be adjusted to ensure that the driver can find the most comfortable working method. Standard heating and cooling air conditioners, USB interface MP3 audio equipment, provide drivers with a comfortable working environment and improve construction efficiency.
4. Stable transmission system The rear axle adopts a three-stage integral full-floating support, and is equipped with the original American Rockwell “NO-Spin” anti-slip differential. Both sides of the rear axle are supported by double rows of drum bearings, and the internal and external vertical plates of the balance box driven by chains in series are all strengthened to obtain strong adhesion on any harsh road surface.
5. The wheel brake oil cylinder manufactured by proprietary technology can automatically compensate the brake shoe clearance without adjustment. The embedded reinforced copper turbine is used to greatly improve the reliability of the turbine box. The high-horsepower engine is equipped with Dongfeng Cummins 6BTA5.9-C180 engine with high-efficiency variable speed, which is widely used in China, with high torque reserve coefficient and low fuel consumption rate. Optional Liuzhou ZF 6WG200 gearbox or Hangtooth 6YD130 gearbox. Liuzhou ZF 6WG200 gearbox is manufactured by internationally leading ZF, with excellent performance, high transmission efficiency and long service life. The Hangtooth 6YD130 gearbox adopts ZF electro-hydraulic shift technology, which is widely used in China, with mature technology and reliable performance.
