1. GR100 motor grader adopts famous brand 4BTA3.9-C100-II (SO11847) turbocharged diesel engine, which has large output torque and power reserve coefficient and low fuel consumption. Dongfeng Cummins engine is adopted, which has high reliability and fuel economy, low noise and low emission. The hydraulic torque converter has a large torque coefficient, high efficiency, wide effective area, and good linkage characteristics with the engine.

2. The articulated frame is used to cooperate with the front wheel steering, so the turning radius is small and the maneuverability is flexible. The main drive of the rear axle is equipped with a “NO-SPIN” non-self-locking differential. When one wheel is slipping, the other wheel is still delivering its raw torque.

3. Electro-hydraulic control power shift transmission with 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears.

4. It adopts international supporting hydraulic parts, which is reliable in operation. Full hydraulic braking system, load sensing steering system, international matching of key components, safe and reliable system; CAE overall optimization of structural parts, joint universities and research institutes for special research.

5. The action of the blade is fully hydraulically controlled. The blade arc is optimized for quick and efficient turning and dumping, with optimum load distribution and minimal material buildup in the circle area.

6. The service brake is a double-circuit hydraulic braking system, acting on the two rear wheels of the motor grader, which is safe and reliable.

7. The console, seat, joystick and instrument are arranged reasonably, which is convenient to use and improves the driving comfort.

8. The air-conditioning system is equipped with a sealed cab. The interior trim adopts stylish and compact plastic parts, which fully embodies the needs of ergonomics.
