1. Equipped with Komatsu ECOT3 technology engine, which has large output torque, strong power, low fuel consumption rate, energy saving and environmental protection. The single-stage, single-phase, three-element hydraulic torque converter is adopted, which can realize shifting without stopping and effectively improve the working efficiency; the hydraulic transmission improves the performance of vibration absorption and shock absorption, optimizes the adaptability of torque output and external load, and prolongs the service life of the equipment.
2. The control system adopts advanced servo mechanism, which has fast control response and high precision, which can fully meet the refinement requirements of the operation while effectively reducing the labor intensity of the driver.
3. The welding of the core structural parts (frame) adopts the method of special fixture + machining center, which effectively controls the influence of welding deformation.
