6. Boom lifting or bucket turning speed is slow
* The safety valve is improperly adjusted and the system pressure is low. Check whether the system pressure reaches the specified value.
* The oil suction pipe and filter are clogged and should be cleaned and replaced.
* The gear pump has serious internal leakage, replace the gear pump.
* If there is internal leakage in the pipeline and cylinder, the system sealing should be checked.

7. Turn bucket, drop bucket
* The overload valve and oil supply valve are stuck by dirt and should be disassembled, washed and reassembled.
* If there is internal leakage in the rotary bucket cylinder, the sealing ring or cylinder should be replaced.

8. Pilot valve control is not working properly
* If the metering valve core is stuck or does not rotate properly, check the oil cleanliness and clean the valve core and valve hole.
* The metering spring is deformed and the spring should be replaced.
* If the control flow or pressure is insufficient, check whether the pilot oil supply system is working properly.
* The main valve is not flexible, so the valve body and valve stem should be cleaned.
* The O-ring is damaged and should be replaced with a new one.

9. External leakage
* If the seals are aged or damaged, the oil pipe joints are loose or tripped, or the joint processing technology is poor, the contact surface is not tight and the horn taper is inaccurate, the corresponding parts should be tightened or replaced in time.

10. The working pump makes loud noise during operation
* If the oil suction pipe or oil filter is blocked, the oil suction pipe should be replaced or the filter should be cleaned or the valve core should be replaced in time.
* The oil suction pipeline is not tightly sealed and the oil suction pipeline should be inspected.
* Sweeping and boring of the working pump will wear the side plate, so the working pump should be replaced in time.
* The viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high. Hydraulic oil of a suitable brand should be replaced.
* If the pump shaft is not concentric with the drive shaft, check whether the drive shaft is burned out and replace it if necessary.

When analyzing and judging the fault of the loader hydraulic system, the purpose of each inspection step should be clearly defined, gradually extended, from easy to difficult, starting from the key points, and finally determining the cause of the fault. Only in this way can maintenance time be saved, maintenance costs reduced, and maintenance costs improved. Machine safety is guaranteed.
