Hydraulic system failure
1. Insufficient oil in the excavator
If there is insufficient oil, air will be sucked into the hydraulic pump, causing the system to become insensitive or unable to work. At this time, the amount of hydraulic oil should be checked and refueled in time.
2. Hydraulic oil temperature is too high
If the hydraulic oil temperature is too high, the viscosity of the oil will decrease, leakage will increase, the mechanical properties will be affected, and the oil will oxidize and vulcanize. At this time, the hydraulic oil temperature should be checked in time and handled accordingly.
3. Hydraulic pump damaged
Wear of the hydraulic pump impeller or loose sealing of the pump body can cause hydraulic pump failure. At this time, the pump impeller should be replaced or the pump body seal should be replaced.
Engine failure
1. Difficulty starting the engine
There are many reasons for difficulty in starting the engine, such as insufficient battery power, low engine cooling water temperature, insufficient fuel injection, etc. At this time, specific issues should be dealt with accordingly.
2. Abnormal engine smoke emissions
Abnormal engine smoke emissions may be caused by dirt in the intake system or problems such as clogged air filters, damaged valves or fuel injectors. At this time, the corresponding parts should be inspected and repaired or replaced.
Circuit failure
1. The light does not light up or flickers.
If the car lights do not light up or flicker, it may be caused by a short circuit in the power supply or a blown bulb. At this time, the burned out bulb should be replaced in time, or the short circuit should be eliminated.
2. Air conditioner does not cool
The air conditioner not cooling may be caused by problems such as damage to the air conditioner compressor, loss of refrigerant, clogged condenser, or damage to the radiator. At this time, appropriate inspections and repairs should be carried out.
In short, common faults of excavators must not be ignored. Timely inspection and maintenance are important measures to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
