Loader classification

Commonly used single bucket loaders are classified into different loading methods according to the engine power transmission form and walking structure.

1. Engine power:
①Small loaders with power less than 74kw.
②Medium-sized loaders with power of 74-147kw
③147-515kw power is a large loader
④Very large loaders with power greater than 515kw

2. Transmission form:
①Hydraulic mechanical transmission, small vibration, long service life, easy to operate, speed and external load can be automatically adjusted, usually used in medium and large loaders;
②Hydraulic transmission: stepless speed regulation, easy to operate, but poor start, usually only used for small loaders;
③ Electric drive: stepless speed regulation, reliable operation, simple and high cost maintenance, usually used for large loaders.

3. Pedestrian structure:
① Tire type: light weight, fast, flexible, maneuverable and efficient, not easy to damage the road surface, high ground contact pressure, poor passability, but it is widely used;
②Crawler type: small ground pressure, good transmissibility, low center of gravity, good stability, good adhesion, high traction, high cutting force, low speed, relatively poor flexibility, high cost, easy to damage the road surface when walking.

4. Loading and unloading methods:
① Front unloading type: simple structure, reliable working and good vision, suitable for various workplaces, with a wider range of applications;
② Rotary type: The working device is installed on a turntable that can rotate 360°. There is no need to turn around for side unloading. It has high work efficiency, but the structure is complex, high quality, high cost, and has poor side stability. It is suitable for smaller places.
③Rear unloading type: front loading, rear unloading, high work efficiency, but poor work safety.
