1. It automatically travels forward in neutral. It can also drive normally when it is put into forward gear. When it is put into reverse gear, the machine stops and cannot move. The working pressure of each gear is normal.
Cause of failure:
(1) The main and driven plates of the forward clutch are sintered and locked.
(2) The forward clutch piston is stuck and the support check valve is clogged.
Troubleshooting:
Disassemble the forward clutch, clean the oil passage, replace the main and driven friction plates and related damaged parts, clean all related parts, replace the outer sealing ring, clean and clear the one-way valve, replace the clutch friction plate, and the inner and outer sealing rings.

2. The whole machine suddenly does not move forward or backward while driving, and the speed change working pressure is normal.
Cause of failure:
(1) The variable speed distribution valve is faulty or the (40F, 50D, 50F) accumulator is damaged and the variable speed valve air control valve stem is stuck or damaged;
(2) The oil inlet passage is blocked;
(3) The oil circuit of the accumulator is blocked;
(4) The pneumatic stop valve fails.
Troubleshooting:
Clean the isolation valve stem of the transmission valve or replace the air control valve to clear all relevant oil lines, and repair or replace the air control stop valve. If you need loader attachments, please contact Zhizao Daguan.

3. During normal driving of the whole machine, it suddenly stops working after shifting to second gear. Check that the working pressure of this gear and other gears is normal.
Cause of failure:
The clutch shaft in this gear is broken.
Troubleshooting:
Replace the clutch shaft and readjust the bearing clearance.

4. The engine is idling or running at high speed, and the ammeter indicates no charging.
Cause of failure:
The generator armature and field wiring insulators are damaged, the slip ring insulation breakdown, the silicon diode breakdown, short circuit or open circuit, the voltage regulator contacts are burned out, and the stator or rotor coil is grounded or open circuit.
Troubleshooting:
Check and repair damaged parts, replace slip rings, replace diodes, replace regulators, and repair stator or rotor coils.

5. After the manual brake valve is connected, it is easy to pop out.
Cause of failure:
The air pressure is too low to reach 0.35MPa, the manual brake valve is damaged and the seal is not tight, the pneumatic stop valve is damaged, and the seal on the piston of the parking air chamber is damaged.
Troubleshooting:
Check whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline of the air compressor when it is working, and replace the damaged seals.
