Loader common fault analysis and troubleshooting methods (2)

6. When braking, lean to one side
Cause of failure:
The gaps between the two front wheel brake discs and the friction plates are different, the contact areas of the two front wheel friction plates are different, there is air in the piston of a certain front wheel, a certain front wheel brake caliper is deformed, the air pressure of the two front wheels is inconsistent, and a certain side The wheel friction plate is wet with oil and sewage.
Troubleshooting:
Check the brake disc and friction disc and replace them if they are damaged. Check and replace the friction disc. Bleed the air according to the correct method and replace it. The air chamber has the specified air pressure and the air pressure is consistent. Clean and blow dry. Wisdom creates a grand view, focusing on sharing theoretical knowledge related to the machinery manufacturing industry.

7. Oil leakage from the breather at the top of the torque converter
Cause of failure:
The transmission valve pneumatic control valve stem “O” is leaking, the torque converter return oil filter is clogged, the internal oil circuit of the torque converter or the guide wheel seat oil circuit is clogged, and the oil return pipeline from the torque converter to the gearbox is clogged.
Troubleshooting:
Replace the “O” ring of the air control valve, clean the oil return filter element or replace the filter element, clean each oil circuit or replace the guide wheel seat, clean or replace the oil pipe.

8. The working pressure of the variable speed is normal. When the whole machine encounters a heavy load, the main drive shaft rotates quickly and powerfully. The whole machine could not work normally during shoveling operations and there was metallurgical powder in the transmission oil
Cause of failure:
The high and low speed control lever does not change direction in the low speed position or the transmission valve is not in place, the 1:3 clutch is damaged, and the forward clutch is damaged.
Troubleshooting:
Hang the high and low speed pull rods to the low speed position, readjust the pull rods, replace the clutch friction plates and damage related parts.

9. Low speed or high speed disengagement
Cause of failure:
The clearance in the control part is too large or the tie rod is improperly adjusted, the sliding sleeve and the high and low speed gears are worn, the meshing amount is too small, the clearance between the high and low speed gear bushings and the output shaft is too large, the fork is deformed or the fork shaft positioning spring is broken.
Troubleshooting:
Adjust the clearance of each relevant tie rod, replace the damaged sliding sleeve and gear, replace the gear bushing and adjust the clearance, replace or repair the shift fork and replace the spring.

10. There is noise from the drive axle of the loader, which does not disappear when it is taxiing
Cause of failure:
There is insufficient lubricating oil in the drive axle case, the meshing clearance between the main and driven spiral bevel gears is too small, and the clearance between the differential case and the cross-shaft planetary gear is too large.
Troubleshooting:
Add enough lubricating oil according to the standard, and adjust the gap to reach the specified value.
