1. Before operation, check whether the engine oil and water (including battery water) are sufficient, the joystick is in the middle position, the hydraulic pipes and joints are not loose or leaking, there is enough oil in the hydraulic tank, the brakes are sensitive and reliable, and lighting is required before starting. The instrumentation is complete and valid.
2. The machine must first whistle and lift the bucket about 50 cm from the ground. You can use high gear when driving, but lifting and turning the bucket is not allowed. Low-speed gears should be used during operation. No one is allowed under the bucket. Carrying is strictly prohibited. Bucket movers.
3. Loaders are not allowed to operate on sloping sites. There must be no obstacles or irrelevant personnel in the operating area. Loading and unloading operations should be performed on level ground.
4. When unloading, it is strictly prohibited to pass the bucket over the top of the cab. The bucket must not collide with the bracket. No one is allowed to enter the carriage. Do not use buckets to transport materials.
5. When unloading at the edge of the groove, it must be guided by a special person. The safe distance between the front wheel of the loader and the edge of the groove should be no less than 2m. And put a wooden block to cover it.
6. When loading accumulated sand, the bucket should be inserted at low speed, place the bottom of the bucket on the ground, lower the shovel arm and follow the ground, and gradually increase the engine speed to move forward.
7. When working on loose and uneven ground, the shovel arm should be placed in a floating position to make the bucket work smoothly. If the resistance is too great when pushing, the shovel arm can be slightly raised.
8. When lifting the boom for maintenance and lubrication, the boom must be firmly supported. It is strictly prohibited to use a bucket as a support to lift the chassis for maintenance.
9. Go downhill in low gear and don’t coast in neutral.
10. After wading, continuous braking should be performed immediately to remove moisture from the brake pads.
11. After operation, drive the loader to a safe area and do not park in potholes or pools. The bucket must be placed flat on the ground, put the handle in the middle position, pull the handbrake, close the doors and windows and lock them, and then the driver can leave.
