When the temperature displayed by the instrument does not match the actual temperature, the temperature sensor needs to be checked.
1. Remove the signal line and control line of the temperature sensor from the sensor (hang them in the air) and measure. There should be a voltage output of about 12V; if not, please check the controller and wiring harness.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the current value of the sensor loop and then calculate it to get the sensing temperature of the temperature sensor. Calculation method: Inductive temperature of the sensor = current value measured by the multimeter – 273UA; if there is no current measured, it can be judged as a temperature sensor failure.
