(1) Check the fuel tank level
Fill the fuel tank on time. When refueling, do not fill it to the top of the fuel tank to prevent fuel from overflowing when the temperature rises.
(2) Check the fuel tank and oil pipe
Drain the accumulated water and sediment in the fuel tank before each shift every day. If there is leakage in the fuel tank and oil pipe, it should be eliminated.
(3) Check the oil level in the oil pan
After the engine is stopped, the engine oil is tested and the oil level is cold. The oil level should reach the “safe starting range” on the “engine stop” side of the oil dipstick. The engine is running at idle speed. The oil level should be warm and the oil level should reach the “engine running” side of the oil dipstick. Adequate markings. When the amount of oil is insufficient, it should be added.
(4) Check the coolant level
When the coolant is insufficient, add enough to keep the coolant level higher than the low water level plate.
(5) Check the radiator, filter hose, radiator cover and gasket
a. If there is leakage, it should be eliminated; if the hose is damaged, it should be replaced. If the filter core is clogged, it should be cleaned or replaced. If the radiator cover gasket is damaged, the deformed heat sink of the radiator core should be straightened out, and the blockage and dust should be removed.
b. In severe cold seasons, the relative density of antifreeze fluid should be frequently tested to ensure reliable antifreeze protection.
(6) Check the air filter
When the yellow plunger of the air filter indicator enters the red zone or the engine emits black smoke, the coarse filter element should be cleaned and the fine filter element should be replaced as necessary.
(7) Check the tightening of engine parts
All external parts should be firmly connected, and if any are loose, they should be tightened.
(8) Clean the engine body
Clean the oil dirt and dust on the surface of the engine body and ancillary equipment.
(9) Listen to the sound of the engine running
The engine starts easily and runs normally. Otherwise, the cause should be identified and the fault eliminated.
