When the diesel loader suddenly stops on its own while working, do not start it again immediately. You should carefully analyze and inspect the reasons for the sudden stop of the loader, and repair it before starting it again.
The main reasons for the sudden shutdown of the loader forklift diesel engine are:
1. Oil supply system failure leads to sudden shutdown.
This shutdown phenomenon is caused by air entering the diesel engine oil supply line or oil supply interruption. Before the diesel engine suddenly stops, the speed fluctuates high and low, and the operation is not stable. Reasons for fuel supply interruption include:
a. The diesel tank is insufficient and sufficient fuel should be added;
b. The oil circuit is not tightly sealed. When this kind of fault occurs, you can use the method of bleeding the fuel system after shutting down to judge. If a large amount of foamy oil bubbles are released from the bleed screw by pumping oil with a hand oil pump, the shutdown is caused by oil vapor in the oil. The tightness of the low-pressure oil line should be carefully checked.
c. The camshaft of the fuel injection pump is broken or rolled, and the connecting plate is broken. The fuel injection pump should be repaired.
2. Crankshaft lock leading to sudden shutdown
After shutting down, observe whether the water temperature is abnormal and whether there is water in the oil pan (the engine oil is emulsified). If the inspection is normal, the diesel engine crankshaft should be rotated. If it feels difficult to rotate or cannot rotate, it can be judged that the bearing bush is burned or the crankshaft is locked after burning the bearing bush. After a bearing burning failure occurs, the cause should be found, the oil passage should be cleaned, the crankshaft should be ground, the bearings and a few parts (connecting rods, etc.) should be replaced before the test machine can be assembled.
