Reasons why the loader’s lifting speed slows down significantly and how to deal with it

1. The lifting speed of the loader is obviously slow when it is empty or overloaded

When the unloading valve is always open:
* If the valve core is stuck, the valve core should be removed and cleaned. The valve body and valve core should be ground to ensure that the valve core can move freely in the valve body.
* The pilot valve is not sealed and should be ground to ensure sealing.
* If the pilot valve spring is damaged or the permanent deformation is too large, the spring should be replaced.
* The pilot valve has a holding nut and the pressure regulating bolt is loose. The pressure should be adjusted again. After the pressure is adjusted, the holding nut will hold the pressure regulating bolt tightly.

2. The lifting speed is normal without load. When the load gradually increases, the lifting speed also gradually decreases
* In case of decrease in unloading pressure:
* The permanent deformation of the pilot valve spring is too large and the spring force decreases. The spring should be replaced.
* The sealing surface of the pilot valve is greatly worn and the spring force is reduced. The pressure should be readjusted.
* If the pilot valve holding nut and pressure regulating bolt are loose, the pressure should be adjusted again. After adjusting the pressure, use the holding nut to tighten the pressure regulating bolt.
