The parking brake piston returns to the non-braking position, and the service brake piston also returns under the action of the return spring. However, if the air pressure in the air reservoir does not reach the minimum safe value, it is impossible to compress the spring, so the loader cannot start. The maximum stroke of the parking brake chamber push rod is generally 10% greater than the maximum stroke of the service brake push rod. Therefore, when the service brake push rod has moved to the maximum stroke, full braking cannot be achieved due to excessive brake clearance. When moving, the parking brake air chamber can be deflated, and the energy storage spring is used to assist, and the service brake push rod is further pushed out to achieve complete braking.
