Product features
1. Appearance upgrade: The new shape is made by Ferrari, which is tough, steady and strong. With the heightened design of the cover, the appearance volume is increased to 2470*2480*1200mm, and the space is increased by 10%. The counterweight line is simple, and the whole machine looks “like a 20T machine”.
2. Upgraded low-resistance wear-resistant bucket: The bucket shape is optimized for a secondary arc to effectively reduce excavation resistance and power loss. The front edge plate adopts Sany’s unique flange structure, which avoids excessive wear and greatly improves the service life.
3. Power system upgrade: Equipped with imported high-power engine, the engine power and torque margin are larger, and the hydraulic power is stable and reliable below 4000m plateau.
4. Positive flow hydraulic system upgrade: Equipped with a positive flow hydraulic system to achieve precise power matching and improve overall energy efficiency by 5% to 8%. The simple oil passage design removes the logic valve and effectively avoids the loss of fixed throttling. 5. Bottom loading upgrade: adopting heightened gear drive wheel and reinforced tensioning device, two-pronged approach, to comprehensively improve the problem of tooth jumping. The new track guard is upgraded, and the bottom contour curve is optimized according to the actual walking conditions, which effectively solves the problem of interference and wear between the track guard and the track shoe.
