The power of the internal combustion engine also drives the hydraulic pump 3 to work through the transfer case. Working device is made up of boom 6, rocker arm 7, connecting rod 8, bucket 9, boom hydraulic cylinder 12 and rocker hydraulic cylinder 5. One end of the boom is hinged on the vehicle frame, and a bucket is installed at the other end. The lifting of the boom is driven by the hydraulic cylinder of the boom, and the turning of the bucket is realized by the hydraulic cylinder of the rotary bucket through the rocker arm and the connecting rod. Vehicle frame 11 is made up of front and rear two parts, and middle is connected with hinge pin 4, relies on steering hydraulic cylinder to make front and rear vehicle frame relatively rotate around hinge pin, to realize steering.

The diesel engine has the characteristics of reliable operation, hard power characteristic curve, fuel economy, etc., and meets the requirements of the loader with harsh working conditions and variable loads. Mechanical system: mainly includes traveling gear, steering mechanism and working device. Hydraulic system: The function of this system is to convert the mechanical energy of the engine into hydraulic energy by using the oil pump as the medium, and then transfer it to the oil cylinder, oil motor, etc. to convert it into mechanical energy. Control system: The control system is a system that controls the engine, hydraulic pump, multi-way reversing valve and actuators.
