Product features
1. Power system
Equipped with Sany customized imported engine with a rated power of 210kW. Strong power, easy to solve problems under heavy load conditions. Adopting the DPD route, the discharge does not need to add urea, which is worry-free and convenient. By turning the pressure and increasing the number of teeth of the slewing support, the slewing force is increased by 15%.
2. Hydraulic system
The displacement of the main pump is upgraded from 160cc to 180cc, and the overall action is faster. Large-diameter main valve, large flow capacity, reduced pressure loss, and improved energy efficiency.
3. Boom and stick upgrade
The 20,000-hour working device technology is fully applied to ensure high reliability and longer life of the working device. The boom stick is widened, the section coefficient is increased by more than 10%, and the service life is improved. Optimize the welding process, single-sided welding and double-sided molding, TIG welding toe repair and melting, etc., to eliminate stress concentration. Strengthen the local high-stress parts, and the average stress drops by more than 10%.
4. Bucket Upgrade
The front edge plate is thickened to 60mm, the running track of the mechanism and the bucket shape are optimized, the impact and resistance to the machine during excavation are reduced, the working efficiency is improved, and the service life of the bucket is doubled. Four series of buckets can be configured to meet “one bucket for one situation”, improve construction efficiency, and easily cope with various complex working conditions.
5. Intelligent
Equipped with a 10-inch smart display, it integrates air conditioner, radio, Bluetooth, GPS and other functions. It is equipped with one-button start-up as standard, supports fault detection and alarm, intelligent debugging and diagnosis, and adds a one-button calling function, which is safer and smarter.
