Yishan TY160 hydraulic mechanical transmission crawler bulldozer is a product produced under a technology and cooperation contract signed with Komatsu, Japan. It is produced in strict accordance with the D65A-8 product drawings, process documents and quality standards provided by Komatsu, and has fully reached the design level of Komatsu.
The Steyr WD615T1-3A diesel engine with fast response performance is combined with a hydraulic torque converter and a power shift gearbox to form a powerful transmission system, which shortens the working cycle and improves work efficiency. The liquid medium transmission can protect the transmission system from damage and prolong the service life under heavy load.
The hydraulic torque converter enables the output torque of the bulldozer to automatically adapt to the change of the load, protects the engine from overload, and does not stop the engine when it is overloaded. The planetary powershift transmission has three forward gears and three reverse gears for quick shifting and steering.
