XCMG GR180 is a new product independently developed by XCMG Group to meet the needs of the EU market. As an earth-moving machine, it is mainly used for large-scale ground leveling, trenching, slope scraping, bulldozing, loosening, and snow removal on roads, airports, and farmland. It is a necessary construction machinery for national defense projects, mine construction, urban and rural road construction, water conservancy construction, farmland improvement and other working conditions. It is widely used in large-area ground leveling operations such as roads, airports, and graders. The reason why the motor grader has a wide range of auxiliary operations is that its moldboard can complete 6-degree movement in space. They can be done alone or in combination. During the roadbed construction, the grader can provide sufficient strength and stability for the roadbed. Its main methods in subgrade construction include leveling operations, slope brushing operations, and embankment filling.

Product Features

1. New exterior design. The tires are 17.5-25 low-pressure wide-base engineering tires, which have large cross-sectional size and ground contact pressure, and good elasticity, so that GR180 has good off-road performance and adhesion performance.

2. The articulated frame is used to cooperate with the front wheel steering, so the turning radius is small and the maneuverability is flexible.

3. Electro-hydraulic control power shift transmission with 6 forward gears and 3 reverse gears.

4. It adopts international supporting hydraulic parts, which is reliable in operation.

5. The action of the blade is fully hydraulically controlled.

6. The rear axle adopts a Meritor drive axle, and the rear axle adopts a balanced suspension method to ensure that the load on the four wheels is even, so that it can give full play to its adhesion ability. The main drive of the rear axle is equipped with a “NOSPIN” non-rotation self-locking differential. When one wheel slips, the other wheel can still transmit its original torque. Therefore, regardless of the road conditions, the equipment can be guaranteed to have sufficient traction.

7. Adjustable console, seat, joystick and instrument layout are reasonable, easy to use, and improve driving comfort.

8. The cab is luxurious and beautiful, with wide vision and good sealing.

9. The transmission and torque converter are equipped with 6WG200 electronically controlled shifting and fixed shaft transmission produced by ZF company technology. The torque converter has a larger torque conversion coefficient, a wider high-efficiency area, and can be well matched with the engine. The transmission adopts the design of 6 gears at the front and 3 gears at the rear. The gear shift is controlled by electro-hydraulic control. The transmission has a neutral gear start protection function. There is no impact when shifting gears. The speed ratio distribution is reasonable and the flexible control can meet the requirements of various working conditions.
